The Raster Shop, LLC through a unique relationship with Colortrac, Inc. can offer most of the parts required to service ANA Tech and Colortrac branded scanners. Please note that we don’t offer any Spare Parts for the Colortrac “SmartLF” range of scanners.
The Raster Shop, LLC warrants that Scanning Glass and Scanning Lamp’s are new, but all other Spare Parts may be Factory Refurbished in nature. The Raster Shop, LLC sells all items under its Standard Terms.
Some items are sold with the clear understanding that the faulty part needs to be returned for Refurbishment, not only is this clearly the most environmentally friendly thing to do, but also allows us to support other customers. Just like you are being supported currently, with Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive [RoSH] directive taking effect there can be no remanufacturing of these parts.
The Raster Shop, LLC uses PayPal as its Credit Card processor, and we as The Raster Shop, LLC never receives your Credit Card details. Through PayPal The Raster Shop, LLC can except all major Credit Cards, and you don’t need a PayPal account to use this service. When you press the “Proceed to Checkout” button, the following PayPal web page will be displayed:
By selecting the “Continue” link [marked with the red arrow in the image above] you can use your Credit Card without having a PayPal account.
The Raster Shop, LLC ships via the United States Postal Service [USPS] Priority Mail service that will get most of our Spare Parts to anywhere in the contiguous forty-eight States within two business days for an affordable price.
Shipping costs are added at the checkout and will be at the prevailing domestic Priority Mail rates plus a small handling charge. For our International customers, we will ship at the actual cost of shipping plus any Government imposed costs minus any shipping cost already paid plus a $15.00 paperwork fee, you will also be responsible for any local Importation fees such as Customs clearance fees and other Duties that may be imposed.

When looking at the Spare Parts list you may see the "Add to Cart" button that has a Red Lamp beside it, this is warn you that this item is not replaced often, or that special knowledge about the scanner, Electronics or Optics is required to replace this part. If one of these parts needs replacing please feel free to contact one of our on-site service providers.
When looking at the Spare Parts list you may see the "Add to Cart" button that has a Orange Lamp beside it, this is inform you that this item is replaced frequently, or that some special knowledge about the scanner is required to replace this part, but normally an Engineer with a good grasp of Electronics should have no problems. But you can always contact one of the on-site service providers if required.
When looking at the Spare Parts list you may see the "Add to Cart" button that has a Green Lamp beside it, this is inform you that this item is replaced most frequently, or no special knowledge about the scanner is required to replace this part. But you can always contact one of the on-site service providers if required.

We are holding quite a contingent of Spare Parts for all ANA Tech Large Format scanners. We are even holding Spare Parts for scanners that are over twenty years old so you may be pleasantly surprised that you can extend the life of your scanner.
ANA Tech Scanner Spare Parts.
We are holding the Spare Parts for the Colortrac Series 3, Series 4 and Flatbed Large Format scanners. The Series 3 are the Gx 340, Gx 360, Gx 380, Cx 360, Cx 380, Gx 360+ and the Gx 380+. The Series 4 are the 3640, 3680, 4260, 4280, 4860, 5480, 3640e, 3680e, 4260e, 4280e, 4860e and the 5480e. Along with the 24120 Flatbed scanner, please also note that the later ANA Tech Eagles are based on the Colortrac Electronics so they share common parts with the Series 4 scanner.
Please note that the Tangent XLF 4860 and the Tangent XLF 5480 are in-fact Colortrac Series 4 scanners labeled as the 4860 and 5480 respectfully.
