On-site Service
The Raster Shop, LLC is pleased to provide on-site scanner service for the ANA Tech range, Colortrac range and Tangent XLF range of Large Format scanners. We are sorry to say that non-XLF Tangent and Scangraphics scanners are no longer viable for support. This is mainly due to the lack of Spare Parts, but with this said we will try our best to help you out.
Please note that we will not be the cheapest channel for a service call, this is why I am including fully factory trained Service Partner contact information below for your convenience. The Raster Shop, LLC will charge a on-site call rate of $3,500.00 for travel with-in the contiguous forty-eight States, plus the cost of Spare Parts.
