Support

Support for the kIDs program can be obtained directly from the Developer; via email at ashleybuss@coloradofreemasons.org Please remember that this program was created at no charge for the time and effort and the Developer has a full time job.

The Developer updates the software regularly and you should always download the latest version at http://www.therastershop.com/kids/download.aspx before reporting bugs.

Finally the Developer can only offer general advice on connecting cameras and printers to your computer, because it is impossible to cover all configurations.

The Developer is always willing to handle positive and consecutive feedback on program enhancements but calling for help when you are at an event with no internet connection before testing the program and expecting the Developer to jump through hoops is just not fair and is liable to make you look like fools in front of your intended audience.

It is your entire responsibility to make sure the program has been installed, the license file has been obtained and all the hardware is working together before the event.

Please remember the old saying; “poor planning on your part does not constitute a crisis on mine.”
